Warranty coverage
TRASAM products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Core components u2014 lifetime repair
Certain core components (including amplifier modules and DAC boards) are covered by our lifetime repair commitment. For these components, we will repair the product free of labor charge for as long as you own it.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects.
- Component failures under normal, non-commercial use.
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by external factors.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Damage from liquids, drops, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
How to claim warranty
- Contact vghcai@trasam.cn with your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will diagnose the problem and guide you through troubleshooting.
- If the issue requires service, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Repair / replacement
We will repair the product or, if repair is impractical, replace it with an equivalent product.
Shipping for warranty service
- Within the warranty period: we cover return shipping for the first 15 days; after that, customer covers shipping to our facility, we cover return shipping.
